Hello. I am Yudai Omori, Representative Director of Omori Koumuten Co., Ltd.
I truly believe that work exists to make people happy.
Rather than a company that chases profit alone, I wanted to build one where employees feel proud, partner companies find it easy to work with us, and customers are genuinely satisfied.
That single wish is what has driven us this far.
Founded as a construction company, we now continue to take on many challenges across real estate, food service, and overseas business. Our reason is one: because it lets us bring a smile to even more people.
Beyond constructing buildings, we create work, connect people, energize communities, and carry the value of Japan to the world. That is our mission.
Challenges come with failures. But a life of taking on challenges is more interesting than one without them—that is what I believe.
